Our experienced providers conduct a focused musculoskeletal exam, capture digital X-rays during your visit, and review images on the spot. For complex fractures (significant displacement, joint involvement, open fractures), we facilitate immediate ER transfer.

Walk in any time we’re open. After a brief evaluation, our team captures the necessary X-ray views — typically a few minutes per body region. The provider reviews images during your visit, applies splinting or immobilization as needed, prescribes pain management, and either schedules you with an orthopedic specialist or coordinates immediate ER transfer for severe injuries.

Walk-in evaluation is appropriate for most uncomplicated fractures; obvious deformity or open fractures should go directly to the ER.

PACS Urgent Care accepts most major insurance plans for fracture evaluation and on-site X-ray. Out-of-pocket costs are dramatically lower than an ER visit for the same imaging and stabilization. We coordinate orthopedic referrals and provide imaging copies for the specialist.
