Urgent care insurance accepted at PACS — we participate with most major plans for fast, walk-in care 7 days a week in Alexandria & Ruther Glen, VA.
We are participating providers with most health insurance plans, including:
Insurance participation can change. No coverage? See our self-pay pricing, start with the new patient guide, or complete your registration form early. For Medicare plan details, visit Medicare.gov. For the most current confirmation of your coverage, please call our office or check with your insurer’s member services before your visit.
At check-in, you’ll be asked to provide a credit, debit, or HSA card. We enroll your card in Easy Pay, our secure, encrypted payment system — your card details are never stored in plain text. If your insurance benefit shows an unmet deductible, the relevant portion of your visit cost (plus any applicable co-pay) is charged at the time of visit. We submit your medical claim to your insurance, and once their contracted portion is paid, you’ll receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) detailing what’s owed. Easy Pay then automatically charges any remaining balance up to $250. For balances over $250, our team will contact you before processing payment.
This system simplifies your experience while reducing administrative back-and-forth for our staff. You’ll still receive itemized statements by email or text. Questions about Easy Pay? Just ask at your visit.

To make your visit as smooth and convenient as possible, we offer online check-in—an easy way to reserve your place in line, similar to joining a waitlist. You’ll receive real-time updates on your estimated wait time, giving you added flexibility and convenience while planning your visit.
Although we do our best to remain on schedule, occasional delays may occur, especially during unexpected increases in walk-in patients. We appreciate your understanding, as these delays allow us to provide every patient with the attentive, quality care they deserve—including you.
Thank you for your patience, your trust, and for choosing our team for your care. We look forward to serving you soon.
